<p>Cutter in excellent condition and very well equipped. Autonomous in water and electricity. Ready to go.</p>

<p>Fiberglass cutter type Island Packet 45 built in 1999 by Island Packet Yachts, USA, according to the plans of Robert K. Johnson. In 1996, the Island Packet 45 replaced the 44, thus becoming the flagship of Island Packet. It continues IP's cruising philosophy, but with a much larger tank and a large navigation station. At its launch, it had the longest waterline in the fleet and good cruising speed combined with good stability in challenging conditions. It is a very good example of robust, safe vessels with quality hulls that are not produced by today's shipyards and will last throughout the owner's investment. The Island Packet 45 offers exceptional safety and seakeeping, unmatched comfort and livability, superb build quality and materials, and good performance. The integral foil keel combines the performance of a modern hull and foil with the seakeeping, comfort, and safety of a traditional long keel. The hull is made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic, laid by hand, using unidirectional fabrics with resin and stiffened with vitrified bulkheads, structural elements, joinery trims, and fittings. The deck structure is a single unit and is molded using biaxial and triaxial "E" glass layers and "Polycore" construction. Boats of this quality are no longer made today. The superstructure is fitted with 6 hatches and 16 opening portholes with a molded non-slip surface in the deck circulation areas. This ship has a full keel with encapsulated internal ballast. All necessary control lines (including two boom stops) are led aft to allow sail handling from the comfort and safety of the cockpit. The two-stage rigging provides superior mast support and great stability. Well-arranged and well-lit interior - Faux leather seats, many opening portholes and hatches, new floor... the finish is traditional and luxurious. The sailboat is well maintained by the owner, maintenance log and records available. Navigation and communication systems are up to date.<br />
