<p>HISTORY</p>

<p>Mahana means "freedom" in Polynesian language, a sentiment that motivated its first owner, a Roman industrialist, to order it according to the highest standards of the time.</p>

<p>In 1973, it was purchased by another Italian entrepreneur who kept it for 30 years.</p>

<p>During these 3 decades, Mahana completed 13 Atlantic crossings and a circumnavigation of the planet, providing its owner and his family with many memorable moments onboard.</p>

<p>Then, the yacht underwent some years of inactivity and was stored in Greece until 2013, when Mahana was sold to the current owner, who used to work onboard as a professional captain for its previous owner.</p>
